Hello my name is Liam. So I recieved a phone call after i filed a online inquirement for these PAP programs after watching the DR.OZ show. His show said they"re were free programs available on your Brand Name medications if you met the certain qualifications. Now what Dr.OZ did not say is that they're are service charges for enrollment on the Companies. So i was heated at his show for lying. He should've said that they were just for a less expensive price. So i receieve a phone call from a Advocate named Josh RJ. It sounded like a fake name so i was very skeptical about this phone call. He was very rude to me and unprofessional.

He treated me like it was my fault of my situation and that i shouldve made more money and that me health problems was because i was low income and not heritatary. HE then told me that it would cost me 79.95$ a month for my Cymbalta, Lyrica and Advair. I couldn't believe that this was possible for these medications for which is costs me over 500$ at CVS. So i was trying to ask him more detailed questions of the program and he started giving me an attitude stating that i was wasting his time and its either i pay now or i will never recieve assistance from the company ever. I asked him if i could talk to his supervisor.

When his supervisor came on he was very sweet and understanding of my situation and very professional. He listened to me and gave me advice about the program and how this will help me be able to afford my medicatoins and provide a better way of life for my family. While i was talking to him i could here MR.RJ talking about trying to charge different prices and fees. Now how can a company just change the price if it was based off income? I then asked the supervisor who sounded like he sat directly next to him that it is free medicine through the manufactures and that the service they provide is the reason of payment. I wanted to look up the company website to make sure they were not a scam. I then was transfered back to Josh to set up an appointment to sign up for later that day.

He told me that its either i sign up for 59.95$ which was 20$ lower then original price or it would be 100$ a month if i tried to signup later in that day and that the information process would start all over again. I called back and later enrolled in the company with another advocate who was also very sweet and understanding like the supervisor i believe the advocate was named Brian. This company has really helped me but this one employee is very rude and a horrible person to be working in a field of everyday folks struggling in their life. I dont know how he even has a job their and believe he should leave and find employment of a place where he will not deal with the program? I would like to know if anyone else has dealt with this Josh and had similar problems with this a**hole?
