I too looked for help it getting Cymbalta as my health insurance has cancelled.  Was given an amount of around $59 a month with an additional $25 fee on the first month for set up and paperwork.  I must have misunderstood, as I'm sure in wasn't their intension to mislead, that the money paid for my perscription at a discounted rate and the additional $25 was for their services.  After 3 weeks of not getting any paperwork except the right for them to act as my patient advocate I became concerned as I knew the next month payment was coming due and I hadn't received the first month of medications paid for in advance.

I called to explain I had not received my paperwork for my doctor to fill out and wanted to know where it might be.  I was told it was sent and it must have gone to my spam. (I watched everyday in my junk mail too, however every correspondence since has come directly to my inbox)  I explained that I needed it to be sent again but before ending the conversation I asked if I would still be charged again if I didn't receive any medications due to the paperwork being delayed.  I was told that I "wasn't paying for the medications, I was paying for your services and yes I would be charged again on the 15th regardless if I had received anything."

I decided at this point due to their wonderful customer service, or lack there of, that I needed to cancel this program because all the red flags went up.  The person representing this company did not care about who she was working for and made sure she expressed it was no big deal to her that I was concerned, then transferred me to another customer service person. (Retension specialist is my best guess)  This person asked me to put everything in writing and request a refund through their email.  I received their acknowledgment that my information would be processed in the order of which it was received.

"This response is to inform you that we received your email.
We will respond to your email in the order it was received in our system."

That was 8 days ago with no other email or corresponsence...they must have quite a lot of refund requests ahead of me so Buyer Beware!

Returned a call back to them this morning for futher information as to why I am requesting to cancel the program.  The phone call was a constant back and forth on what they could do for me and why I didn't understand the customer service person or the program set up.  Basically a retention call again letting me know I was the reason the problem I was having existed and that they did everything they could for me but I didn't give them a chance...Said they are processing the cancellation as of today.
