re:RxLodge.com-After 30 days of promises, failure to fulfill
order as promised.No address or city/state included in emails.

Prior to May 28 2004, I ordered medication from this company and on May 28 was emailed that the order #457575 had been shipped. they promised receipt within 10-14 business days. Since that time I have emailed them back with a promise that the company would respond within 24 hours with info as to why there has been delay. Each time, no response was received.
The only thing the company made perfectly clear was that"this
order cannot be cancelled because it passed assembly status."

My credit card was charged for the entire amount of the order for$296, 3 days prior to shipment. questions for credit card processing 1-888-384-3119. They stated cannot credit my acct for lack for order received because order is still "pending".

I either want the medication or a full refund.

TODAY IS ALMOST 2 MONTHS SINCE ORDER WAS SUPPOSEDLY SHIPPED AND NEVER RECEIVED. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY COMMUNICATION EFFORTS. COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND $ OR RESHIP!!!!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WISH TO GET RIPPED-OFF.
