Complaint Review: The Sand Group Inc. Jeff Sand.david Spearing

These 2 people claim to be a company who can help you with legal problems at a low rate. They don't. They claim to have many years of education, experience, and references, including friend of the court. They don't.

They offer to do all your legal work for only $320 cash. You meet them at a local restaurant to give them the money and discuss your case. If you ask them for these references, they get offended and don't produce them. They won't tell you if they are a member of the bar assosiation.

Friend of the court has never heard of them. They tell you you're being difficult to work with if you question them and try to make you feel guilty and dumb. Then they threaten to walk out and leave telling you to go find another attorney at such a price, knowing you don't have the money or you wouldn't have called them to begin with.

Then if your dumb enough to give them the money, they tell you(later)it was just to recieve info on how to do the legal procedings yourself. It's a rip off. All the info they give you is free at the county court building. Be warned, they are also very rude.
