Complaint Review: The Sarlow Group Nate Lowen

The Sarlow Group, Nate Lowen, Not paying inspectors........USE CAUTION!!!!

There are many reports about this company on the web. As someone who has done these type inspections for several years I have never had to deal with such poor business practices when it comes to dealing with sub contractors.

Here is some info if you are a contractor having trouble getting paid:

Calling Nate Lowen (317-246-0838) is usually a mute point as he will not answer his phone and his voice mail is always full.

The largest national associated with The Sarlow Group is ServiceLink, (a part of Black Knight which used to be LPS)

ServiceLink contracts with regional providers around the country (such as The Sarlow Group) who then contract with local sub-contractors to actualy do the property inspevctions.  ServiceLink can be contacted at 877-841-8544 or by email at SRinspections@BKFS.com. Nationals do NOT like to have contractors who refuse to pay their subs!! A simple phone call may solve your problems.

Easier collection effort- Whitley County Clerk of Courts, 101 W Vanburen St, Columbia City, In 46725. Phone is 260-248-3102. Whitley County is one of the only counties in Indiana that allows for small claims up to $6000 without an attorney. Forms can be requested by email, filled out, and mailed back with a money order for the court cost. Rember to ask for any unpaid balance, cost to file, time spent, and any other accosiated fees when asking for judjment.
