The Satellite Company AKA Emulator1 - Takes Money but NO product *REBUTTAL owner .. growing pains but
Takes money but will not produce product. Does not answer email or phones. Their 'how to' forum has gone to a 'pay to use' format. They charge for a product and if you are lucky enough to ever get it you then have to pay extra to find out how to use the product. I placed an order on 10/10. Emails on 10/26 and 11/1. Nothing NOTHING N O T H I N G...........You may want to find another supplier before using this company. Use only as a LAST resort.

Dear Dawn,
I am no English professor, but I have now seen the LONGEST run-on sentence in the history of mankind! I would love to see you put that last paragraph *errr..ummm..* sentence, in a diagram. (Without using a ream of paper to do so!)
Punctuation and capitalization, even on the primary level, are foreign to you. If you would like to send me an e-mail, I would be glad to proofread your post. Next time, with a few adjustments, someone might take your rebuttal seriously!
A thought if you would. If that rebuttal was even a remote example of the grammar skills used by those employed at Emulator1, it is no wonder that the customers have such a hard time getting a logical and/or reasonable response!
When reading some of these submissions, it is good to take into
consideration the fact that people are frustrated and that they show that frustration through their writing. You, however, do not have that excuse.

hi this is dawn from emulator 1 so you think were arip off and youve never spoke to us if your product hasnt be recieved there one of two things weve over looked it your address is no good i admit weve had alot of growing pains but i think were pretty under control now so im sorry you have had a bad time with are company believe me im not in the business to take money
and not give out product it doesnt work that way about email we had a webmaster that didnt work in or office so know we have hired some one inside are office so we can control it from here its almost complete with server changes new emails and all you can email now and be answer asap as long as iys during office hours mon. - fri 800amtill600pm mst about the membership im not fund of that well be reviewing that shortly i've checked all pay pal so im not sure who you are as all are gone so your
help would be great hopefully all this info will help you understand its all growing pains thanks dawn
