The School Of Medical Transcription PCDI refuses to send me my certificate of completion Norcross Georgia
I have been trying for months to get my certificate of completion. I have sent several emails and letters. Their response is that I haven't passed lesson 5 transcription.
I send emails with the attachment from their grader showing that lesson 5 received a passing grade. I called the school back in September and was told to send my graded assessment for lesson 5 to another email address and that it would be taken care of. I never heard a word.
I sent a formal complaint letter on October 13th with a paper copy of my graded assessment showing once again that lesson 5 had received a passing grade. I paid my tuition in one full payment and expected to receive my certificate in a timely manner. Please help me solve this issue. Thank you.

I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Atlanta, GA and have since received my certificate of completion. Pretty sad that it takes that to received exactly what is owed to you and something you have been trying for months to receive. I wouldn't suggest anyone giving this school any of their money.

I filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have apologized for the confusion and agreed to send me my diploma by the end of this month. I still think that is pretty sad to have to resort to that when I have been sending them proof that I earned my diploma for over 3 months.
