Complaint Review: The Seller's Lounge EAuctionlab

I answered an ad on the internet for a free CD to help me sell on ebay. I don't remember whether I got a CD or not. I didn't ever look at it if I did. But we had been charged $49.97 a month for six months before we discovered what was happening. My husband had thought I was buying something online when he checked our account. I never authorized any charges whatsoever except for the shipping and handling fee. Our bank will not refund the money. We discontinued our card. I would appreciate any help to get our money back.
