 We were ignored throughout our stay.  No fresh towels, not enough bed linens, no running water the next morning.  We had to borrow a grill from another bungalow in order to cook dinner.  We were not provided with a receipt of charges. We were charged $440 for one night, supposedly for premium accomodations. We tried repeatedly to communicate our dissatisfaction, upon checkout, calling, leaving messages. The owner refused to speak to us.

I would love to show her response when we wrote a review on the Serengeti Resort website, but she deleted all posts. She said she was tired of dealing with snotty humans like us, andthat we are the reason she's shutting her resort down.
