I ordered a vacuum from a FACEBOOK ad on July 3rd, 2018. I got the following email when I inquired about why I hadn't received the vacuum

Dear Jeff,
Thank you for sending email to us. Because of the high demand of the product you order, it's may take more than 4-7 days to process your order.

But don't worry, your order status on our system is "sent" which means that our staffs had sent your order to our shipping provider, and it's on the way to you.

If you have any question please feel free to contact us!

Then next email said this:
Dear Jeff,

Thank you for contacting us. You will receive your order within 15-25 days depends on where you are on the world ( maybe a little late because this product is on high demand).

If you don't receive your order in 30 days, let us know and we will offer you a full refund.

Now when I use the email address sv.thesevencolor@gmail.com it comes back as NO Address exists. I check Network solutions for the company name and it is private. As one person already stated thanks FaceBook for not checking this vendor out. I should have known that the vacuum for sale was too good to be true. My last email to them was dated July 16, 2018 and it was returned with an address not found!
