Complaint Review: The Sheet People American Management Systems LLC.

I ordered these sheets as I had been looking for some high quality 1500 plus thread count sheets for my new bed.  I had seen their webpage and thought this was the deal of the century and would buy many more sets if they were what they said, so I bought two sets and when they came they were thin cheap sheets like I could buy anywhere for the same price not the luxury sheets they had been advertised at.  I then emailed the company and asked how can I return these sheets as I do not like the quality.  I was then told "As this is outside of our two guarantees, we will make an exception for the return in 30 days with ALL pieces and ALL packaging less original S&H and less 25% restocking fee.  Thank you, Amy."  Really I can see not getting back the shipping and handling fee but a 25% restocking fee???  I don't think so especially since they are not as they are advertised.  So they don't guarantee that they are good sheets?  What a total rip off and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company.
