Yusef visited us in January and we signed a contract for shutters and blinds. We paid a 50% deposit and he informed us that our shutters would be fitted in 8 weeks. After 9 weeks I chased and Yasmine was very unhelpful and saif that Yusef should have quoted 12 weeks. I was made to feel a nusience.

12 weeks later I chased again and was told that the shutters were stuck in customs and that she would call me by the end of the day with an update. No phonecall!

The same thing has now been going on for 6 months. 3 weeks ago that called to say they shutters were ready to be fitted on the Friday of that week. Hooray! I took a day off work and Yusef called that morning to say there has been a mistake and they weren't in the country at all!

Yusef is now out of the country, with no voicemail and the people in the office don't seem to have any idea when my order is (if they ever return my calls - which is never!) When you do speak to them it's completely pointless as they know nothing about your order! Apparently only Yusef knows that!! We have Yusef's mobile number 07966 161311 but he never answers. We have even tried texting!!

I am wasting so much of my time worrying and chasing them and I am made to feel by them that I am a complete pain and that there isn't a problem with tham having 50% deposit!

I am at the end of my paitence and have contacted Trading Standards and Watchdog! I will keep you posted!

Shutter and blinds now fitted! In the end they did a very nice job, just a shame it took so long!
