Just a support document for others with complaints on this company. I also had Bill Wallace come out to the house to measure for shutters in our home. Seemed like a normal appt. Got written estimate and agreed to it for the pricing. To date no shutters. You NEVER get an answer on their phones and yes Stacy is still there and still the person you eventually if you are lucky get a call back from. Not a solution to date. Definitely should have read BBB where this company got an F as their rating with multiple complaints and all unsolved. I am smarter than this and definitely disgusted with myself for not checking better.
