Complaint Review: The Software Directory

I was asked to sign up so as I could save money on computer products including in ink cartridges.I was told that the prices to members were lower then anyone else and told I could get a cartridge for my printer.This was a lie. I also was told there is no refunds but if their prices are lower I guess it didn't matter but they lied about lower prices. In fact their prices are higher then Target and Walmart. They ripped me off for $49.95 and I have no choice but to chuck off as a loss as there is NOTHING I CAN BUY EVEN WITH A CREDIT THEY GAVE ME. They gave me a credit of, so far, $20, but I can go to any store and get the same product cheaper. They are a ripp off and everyone should know.
