I ordered two products from this company on August 2nd. It is now October 1st and I have not received my order. I first tried to contact with an email on August 25th, and received no reply. I then tried calling starting the end of August and they never answered their phone or returned my messaged. I send another email on September 12 and FINALLY got an answer on September 15th. In the email I was told that they were sorry for the delay and that my order would ship by the end of the week. That obviously didn't happen and I still don't have my order. This is unacceptable for a company and I would NEVER use this company again or recommend it to anyone.
