Prior to seeing all the adverse reports about this company, I made a purchase that was expected within 2 weeks. The order did not arrive and I emailed the company 6 times using their online customercare addresses: feedback, info, customer service and they was no response to any of my emails. I also tried to call them and got no response. They did not return my calls. This company takes people's money, provides an order number and then nothing. They DO NOT DELIVER. I have had to file a claim with my credit card company to have the money returned. They are NOT a company I would ever attempt to do business with again and would strongly discourage others from doing the same.
