The Sports Connexion Ltd. Inc. aka All Sports Rip-off Fraud to investors *UPDATE
They placed an advertisment in the Houston paper which was a come on ad to entice you to invest sums of anywhere from $20,000 to $40,000 for Officially Licensed Sports shirts and Hats.
We now have 12 investors around the country that were scammed for these sums of money. In order to get us on board we were given the names of 4 so called investors who were supposed to be doing extremely well with the line of sports goods.
We all received the same four names and they lied and told us the same stories which we know to be false and not backed up with names of any of their so called successful accounts.
We have all filed with the F T C, Consumer Affairs Div, Tallahassee, Fl. All various county Florida B B Bureaus.
The fraud division of the Ft. Lauderdale Police and the State of Florida Attorney Generals Office c/o of Terry Loughlin and Bob Buchner, who are in the midst of following up with them for a respoonse to our claims of fraud. I have been advised by a local prominent Law Professor that they are engaged in civil theft, conducting criminal conduct and in volation of the R I C O ACT ( racketeering. It's time we add Sports Connexion to your RIP OFF REPORT.........

My last report indicated the names of two people who we feel are one and the same person using an alias.
Ted Fuller...runs the operation Edw. Elliot....President could
be one and the same person talk to each one seperately and the voices are the same Alan Graham.. runs the inside peration and gives out the same references that I discussed in my previous message. He is a real con-artist.
Sandra Lewis Elliot is the wife of Ted and or Edward. She lies
constantly on the phone about delivery, upc codes, etc.
Dun and Bradstreet show them as being in business under another name within Florida.
