Complaint Review: The state bar of San francisco

Ms. Ellen Louie, the cpra department coordinator was upposed to contact me on Wednesday whether I she could provide the case documents to me or not but she got quiet on me. Mr. Benjamin Fuchs was supposed to start an investigation for my complaint about Mr. Kurt Melchior, where he denied to represent me in my claim with city and county of San francisco but mr. Benjamin Fuchs said that his department informed him that my case had been closed and he had received my document on October 17, 2017 and refused to conduct an investigation. Now, I lost my 8,013.40 dollars because Mr. Robert Henderson had made an inaccuracy review on October 12-13 of 2017 in case# 17-05966. Mr. Robert Henderson said that I did not show proof of payment and that there is no payment to my attorney made by me. But, I had made through an intake by Ms. Kelly Gerner, in inquiry# 17-15082.
