Complaint Review: The Super Savers

The Super Savers Took my money. Didn't ship complete product. New Jersey Internet

I ordered two products from The Super Savers. I realized two days later they claimed to ship my order. When I went to track the product, there was no shipping label. I sent an email to inquire and they said it was their mistake and they sent me a UPS tracking number. When I continued to track the product for several days, it kept showing up as sitting at the UPS waiting for processing. When I inquired, they sent info that showed it was in transit. I looked at the weight of the product and realized there was no way that both items were sent. The day of delivery, I received the baby stroller, but not the Lulyboo sleeper. I sent an email in and they responded that both shipped. I asked them if they could look at the package weight on the shipping label and tell me how both items could have weighed 39lbs. "Chris" the employee or whomever agreed this was likely not possible. He said he would send out a replacement immediately.  

By the time they contacted me, I had given seller feedback.  "Chris" emailed and called me about taking the feedback down because it hurts their company because their small. He was persistant that I take this down and emailed me a second time.  I informed him that I would take it down, but in return expected to have my tracking information in 24 hours as he promised. What I didn't realize was once you take down seller feedback, it doesn't let you repost seller feedback on Amazon. Perhaps this has happened to other victims of The Super Savers and that is why they have mostly postivie feedback.

After 24 - 48 hours, I still had not received my tracking info. The email in return was that they couldn't get in touch with their warehouse. I waited another day and emailed them. "Chris" then informed me to call a 908 area code number for Customer service. I called and it was someones personal cell phone. They called back and didn't really know what I was calling about. 

It is now over one week that this has started and communication with me about my product has ceased from The Super Savers. They have their seller feedback removed by me, they have my money and I have nothing but a baby on the way and no product.  This has been extremely stressful since this was a gift that I ordered for a family member to us.

I have filed a claim with Amazon to try and get my money back and told The Super Savers that I was reporting them to Rip off report since they tricked me into taking down my seller feedback on Amazon so it didn't hurt thier business.  Never again will I order from them and I hope this report prevents others from doing so.
