Complaint Review: The Survey Zone

The Survey Zone is a ripoff, I definetly got scammed. Found their website & I was very excited to start receiving survey to earn extra money. On website they claim pay your membership of $19.95 now and receive immediate access to our database to start earning your money.

Once my money was received I received a confirmation email for ClickBank & a userid of "FRONT" and a password of "DOOR, when I could not enter after receiving these, I got nervous and started emailing them, even tried their "Live Contact" person. What a joke. Never received any return email from them, never got in touch with a "live person". After a few days of trying to contact them, I decided to do a search on them on the intranet, when I found this website and soon learned I had been scammed. As I found a lot of others who have experienced the same thing, even as far as the same user id of "FRONT" and password of "DOOR".

Please before dishing out the money look into the company. I had thought I was covered, I did check them out on The Better Business Burea, and no complaint had been filed. I now will try to contact ClickBank, the company who took the money out, I read on a previous complaint on this site that someone had received a return email from them, stating they would refund their money. So hopefully this will be successful. The Survey Zone is a complete RIPOFF!
