The Swanx COMPLETE SCAM RIPOFF SITE Puyallup Washington
I paid for a pair of shoes which I ordered in July of 2013. After 18 emails and ten months, I realize I will never receive my $118 shoes, which I was promised by email several times.
This company has no phone contact and I have contacted the BBB and Attorney General in Washington and there is not a thing I can do to get my shoes or a refund, except possibly small claims court.
This company still has a Facebook page and advertises! I had read somewhere recently that the company is packed up and moved...and cannot be located anywhere.
They stole my money...did not give me my product and have the nerve to continue to promote themselves. I post this in hopes of stopping someone else from making the same mistake that I did.
