Website advertises competitive bathing suits for swim teams. You can special order team suits with logos that "are not returnable" unless there is a "manufacturer defect", but the bathing suits are completely inappropriate for swim team use.

The garments are loose, not tight fitting like speedo. They arrive with outlandish warnings not to sit while wearing them because the material is so flimsy that the friction from sitting on concrete a few times would wear holes in them. The girls suits are not properly tight, so they take in water above the chest when diving in. The material is de facto defective for the intended use, but they won't accept returns.

I'm thinking of filing in small claims court in Virginia, from where I ordered them online.
