Complaint Review: The Pool And Spa Chemical Co.

I responded to their offer of a $15.00 rebate when purchasing over $100.00 of their products. I mailed in proof of purchase, cash register receipts, bar codes exactly as they required on May 16. To date I have not received their rebate nor have they responded in any fashion to 5 emails that I sent inquiring as to the rebate.

I am not so concerned about the rebate as I am the way they refuse to respond to my inquiries.

I certainly will never buy any of their products again and this will ultimately cost them hundreds of dollars in future sales to me.
