Purchased tickets for customer in Illinois to Wicked 12/13/15, customer denied entry as tickets had been returned, though this broker still sold them.  Had to purchase other seats to attend the performance.  When I contacted Ticket Cafe on Monday, the female that answered was Rude, basically calling me a liar and hung up.  Emailed them to which they never emailed back any response ever!   Filed a complaint with the exchange to where I purchased and provided proof from box office of denied entry as well as receipt of replacement tickets.  Would not recommend doing business with a company that obviously doesn't care about their customers, as well as the lady being rude and hung up as she didn't care automatically believed I was lying.
