The Tire Shop Sold and mounted a tire on my son's Jeep that hasn't been manufactured in over 12 yrs Davison Michigan
A few months ago I purchased two tires from the Tire Shop for my son's Jeep. Shortly afterwards, he began having issues with his front end. He took his Jeep into a local mechanic and was told that the tires we purchased from The Tire Shop in Davison, were old and that the company had stopped manufacturing that tire more than 12 plus years ago. The tire was so old it was deteroriating and the side wall had come apart.
I called the Tire Shop and talked to a very nice man who told me that the owner was at lunch and asked me to call back in an hour. When I tried calling back, my calls were repeatedly hung up on. After numerous attempts, I decided to call from my cellphone at which time the owner's wife picked up my call after the first ring.
When I asked to speak to the owner, she was very rude and asked me what I wanted. I stated that I had called earlier and was directed by one of their employees to call back and speak with the owner. I began to tell her the problem I was having and she instantly became very aggressive, started yelling at me and hung up on me. I called back, and was transferred right to voicemail.
