I ordered a mail order product from this company and paid for it buy credit card before I recieved it. I recieved the product a week later and it was defective.
I emailed the company once with no responce. So I emailed again finally they called me at work. They told me they didn't believe my store about the product being defective.
I spoke with three different people the third person was the manager and he got on the phone and yelled at me. He stated he didn't believe me and he wasn't gonna do anything about it. He also stated he didn't want to talk to me and then he hung up on me.
