DO NOT RESORT TO THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING. Blake Townsley and Courtland Townsley are the absolute worst landlords/property managers. They are one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life.
Leasing from the Touchtone group was the most awful renting experience I have ever had with any renter's group. I rented a unit from the Touchstone group and was unfortunately assigned to the most rude, insulting and neglectful managers I have ever met named Blake Townsley and Courtland Townsley.
Blake was a total freaking pill, and I cannot believe that he is still working in real estate. When I moved into my unit my refrigerator was dirty and broken, there was a leak coming from the roof, the bathroom had issues, fixtures were missing and I was assured that these things would be resolved prior to moving in, since I occupied the unit only a quarter of my issues where resolved I was called a liar, was told that I had met a maintenance person whom
I had never encountered and was insulted and belittled. Honestly people who do not like their jobs should quit and as rude as Blake is he should be fired and never allowed to work in any sector where he encounters people again! They see
