I ordered 25 Loblollys 4-5' tall on 4-18-2013, I recieved 24 of 2 different kinds of pine trees 3-5' tall with a piece of tape wrapped around them indictating the date dug of 4-8. By the time I got the trees they were out of the ground for 2 weeks, Not what they claim on their website. I planted the trees and watered them like they recommend and today all but 2 are dead.
I called them and they said they don't take complaints over the phone, to send an email with pictures. I did that and their anonymous responce was "they are a wholesaler they don't guarantee their trees." They also said they would credit my debit card for the shorted tree but that has never happened. But they would give me a discount if I ordered more trees.
This company currently has 3 different websites selling trees with the same phone number but different pricing.
They have 77 Better Business Bureau complaints doing business under at least 30 different website names. You need to check that out. I'm surprised they haven't been charged yet.
Of course they deny all wrong doing and the person answering the emails just plays dumb and doesn't even give their name.
