I bought the Ultimate Chopper & Blender attachment about 5 or 6 years ago.  The first few times I used the chopper portion of the unit, the blade broke.  I called the company and it was replaced free of charge.  I've had no problems with the chopper since.

I've only recently started using the blender portion.  I used it twice and the third time I used it, the blades broke and ended up in my drink.  I called the company and they told me that I had to BUY the replacement blender for $19.95 plus $10.00 shipping because they do not have replacement blades.  I asked to speak with his supervisor and he informed me that NO ONE could go beyond the company's policies.  I NOW HAVE A BROKEN BLENDER THAT I CAN'T USE AND NO AVENUE TO REPLACE THE BLADES.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BEFORE THEY RIP OFF MORE VICTIMS.
