I purchased the ultimate chopper a few months ago. For things like making dips and doing small chopping jobs. However, I misplaced my blade after cleaning and I emailed the company requesting to buy a replacement blade. The company emailed me back stating that they don't sell individual parts and I would have to repurchase the machine for $59.99. I emailed them once again stating how ridiculous this was and the company replied with the same response. I plan to contact the better business bureau because I have a useless machine taking up space on my kitchen counter.

I bought an Ultimate Chopper one month ago.In that month i have used it only 3 times,I noticed the last time that the blade i cracked,and will eventually break completely.I contacted Ultimate Chopper,and asked to BUY a new blade.They said i have to buy the whole unit.I don't need the whole thing,just the blade.This company sucks,i recomend not buying this product until they solve they're repair and replacement problems.

AFter I emailed the company stating how ridiculous it was to not sell replacement parts, I received a response stating they would sell me a warranty for $29.99. There was no other information about other costs or shipping. It seems like a lot of money for a blade. I'm better off getting a new chopper at the store that has more capacity.
