Bruce Deloye was a consultant at the Ray Reynolds University that told all his pre-existing clients how he could guarantee 85 plus paydex scores as well as guarantee cash lines directly from underwriters based on the tax Id of the corporation. He sent emails, "which are now documents of the attorney generals office in California", asking for $10,000 and up per corporation you owned. Fradualent Dnb Reports were then created to show that the process was happening, but noboby ever recieved an actual hard file on DnB. After speaking with others we realized that Bruce Deloye had taken over $100,000, pulling off a scheme similar to Bernie Madoff. I highly advise anybody looking to do business with Bruce Deloye, run away and invest in a company or someone with intergrity, honesty and loyalty.
