okay i went to a website stating that if i do two products i will rec a 100 gift card i pick two that my lady would like the product was shipped out on the first i did not get it in the mail until friday so i am think i have until the 11/12/11 to test the product but when i read something not right they counted the trial date from the day they shippied it so i called today and got no where i told them i check my bank account and i was charge 78.42 plus another 3.49 shipping i talk to renee which claim is the supervisor that no refeund read the policy not exceptions was has been shipped you have to keep i called again i talk to maragret she told me what i have i need to keep and nothing else was shipped out

11/10/11 78.41 11/4/11 3.87 11/2/11 2.87 i told them this is not enough time to try your product she told me it is in our policy i stated to her that is the wrong practice she told me if i needed more time i should have called them but who charges you from the day you shipped yes i should have read the fine print but this is wrong i have not open the product and i am glad i did but basically they want you to keep there product wether you are happy or not i could get a lwayer but i dod not have the money for that i thought i could get sum extra cash for trying there product i was supposed to get a 50.00 gift card but i guess i am not going to get this either
