The Union Institute granted me an expensive, private school rate ($12,00+ a year for 5 years) doctoral degree stamped 'Program in Professional Psychology" but did nothing to provide the education. I graduated, for example, with no knowledge of psychological testing. As a result, I failure the licensure exam twice, which is all that is allowed. Now, I am not able to pursue the career that I thought I was being trained to do. Many other Union graduates are in the same boat, I'd say over 1,000.
Meanwhile, unable to find a job, student loan went into default and swelled from about 65,000 to 450,000 due to bogus, but unfightable 'fees'.
