Complaint Review: the united american lifinsurance co

the united american lifinsurance co policy service department I ordered life insurance for my ailing husband. I paid 195.56 for the policy to date and they are claiming my policy lapsed due to non payment and they want me to pay an additional 218.58 to reinstate the policy. I told them I have been making payments and they claim all tey have is one payment of 55.49. I went to the bank and was told they did infact cash the check for the additional payments of 138.07 and I have the bank print outs to prove they did receive the check and cashed it. They are saying they did not and have cancelled my policy. syracuse New York

 First united american life insurance co,  took my life insurance premiums  218.88 and then cancelled my insurance for my ailling husband.  They claimed they did not receive the payments and cancelled my policy.  Tried to tell them I paid all premiums.  Went to my bank and the check I sent them was paid.  They had it  cashed it and cancelled my policy.
