on 6/21 18 i went into the store and pais them 38$ and change to send an overnite pkg. with a guaranteed delivery of the next morning by 10;30 a.m. when the recipient inforrmed me that they hadn't received it i drove to the store to inquire about it. they told me it was picked up. i contacted UPS Headquarters and they told me that after my provid them with the traccking# it ewas never picked or scanned and they had no recorrrd of it period. they told me it never went onto the ups truck! they said they would attempt to trace it but they have no way of tracking it because it was never scanned or put on the truck! the most they can do is after their "investigation" is reimburse me $138.00 for merchandise i paid $800.00 for. i believe DANIELLE DUTILY, the b***h who took my $ kept it and never sent the pkg. they are inept theives. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE UPS STORE @303 E WOOLBRITE RD!

In regard to the previous post regarding The UPS store and your package:  There can be times when a package does not get scanned as it is leaving our location.  It has happened often in the past, and will continue to happen in the future.  The drivers have timelines that they have to meet and the volume of packages that they have to pick up at our location can at times fill their entire truck.  With that being said, your package happens to be one of those packages that was not scanned.  I assure you we do not, nor do we need to keep yours or any other persons package for any reason.  The current status of your package:  It has been siezed by a local or federal authority.  If you require additional inforamtion please call 1-800-742-5877 (UPS Customer Care) and they will be able to provide you better information regarding your package.
