I went to UPS store and purchased a box for shipping and requested the amount the package would have cost, I was told about $150  for up to 30lbs which was consistent with their web advertisement but when I sent a staff member to the store I was charged $292 with no information on weight and etc., The next day I sent my employee and was given a print out that the box  which had the UPS store address not the address I listed on the form, wrong e-mail for tracking purposes, and weighed 27 pounds but being charged as 47.5 lbs.  When I called they were told me that because of the holiday they can charge double.    Patrick the Manager of the store says that Andrew was incorrect and that they are charging by the dimension.  He was rude and hunged up phone when I persisted for additional logical explanation of this outrageous bill.   Adam contacted the Corporate office as was told that again that because of the holiday they are able to charge double.  This is price gouging.
