The USA Nursery Refuses to communicate or honor their online promises New Haven Connecticut
I ordered nearly $75 worth of plants, all but 4 of which arrived in terrible condition and all were mislabeled - what I got was NOT what I ordered.
The website promises resolution to problems with any order - an entire page on the website dedicated to how the company will fulfill its promises to customers However, I get no response from the company to try and remediy this.
They won't respond to emails and now the phone recording says their mailbox is full and cannot accept messages.
