I placed an order with this company on January 30, 2014 for one set of chrome hood blades for my 2014 Aston Martin V8 Vantage which were shown as "IN STOCK" on the company's website. After 2 weeks with no communication, I attempted to contact the company to determine the status of my order. Emails were not returned. Voicemails were not returned. I finally had to file a chargeback request via PayPal to get my money back.

On March 9, 2014 I finally received an email from Nicholas David, the owner of the website apologizing for the problem and asking if I still want the parts to be shipped COD. I agreed and was told the parts would arrive soon. Several more weeks went by with no parts and no communication. Emails again were not returned. I received a phone call on April 11, 2014 from Mr. David with all kinds of excuses as to why the parts had not been shipped. He promised me that the parts would ship by the end of the next week and that I would receive a phone call.

Another 3 weeks have passed and I still have received no parts or further communication from the site's owner. I have determined that this site is a FRAUD and they simply give you the runaround for as long as you will tolerate it. They have no intention of sending the parts I have ordered 3 MONTHS AGO.

This website and company should be avoided at all costs. They sell via their website at www.vcollection.com and via eBay.

I am the original filer of this report. After filing the report, the vendor went ahead and shipped me the original parts ordered and did it for no charge. The parts were received via overnight UPS and arrived in perfect condition. I was able to install the parts successfully. I consider this case closed. I can only recommend that future customers first contact customer support to verify that they have the parts on hand before purchasing.
