The Variety Shop I ordered 2 peanut clocks and haven't received either. Their contact info is bogus. Internet
On approximately July 15, 2016, I saw a post on facebook for an adorable Snoopy clock on The Variety Shop's facebook page. I ordered one on July 20, 2016. Time went on and I saw the ad once again for the clock and thinking I had forgot to order it, I ordered a second one on August 9, 2016. I even got an order confirmation from this second order, and even got a Coupon for any future orders. We waited and waited and waited.
Finally, I saw my bank statement and noticed I had ordered it earlier as well. So now I'm out 2 clocks. I went on their web site to see if I could track the shipments, but could only find my 2 order numbers along with the dates: Order #7799 (8/9/16) and order #5726 (7/20/16). I kept trying to get information from their web site, but never got anything. My husband found this site and said I should write up this report. I have since tried their web site only to find the shop gone and the site for sale. Is there any way to get our money back? How would we go about doing that? I do have proof that I did indeed pay for these on my bank statements.
