Complaint Review: The Variety Shop

The Variety Shop I ordered a clock for my sister-in-law for her bday for $60. I got a confirmation email from and then a message on Facebook. The message said shipping notifications would be given through the messenger and if I had any questions to contact them through there. 2 weeks later I send them a message saying I haven't received any shipping information, how long does it take for you guys to ship things out normally? No response! Week later messaged them again saying still havent heard anything and no one is responding to my messages whats going on. Its now 4 weeks later and they no longer exist on that facebook account and I have still received nothing! They just take your money and vanish!! Internet

 I saw an ad on Facebook for a Nightmare Before Xmas clock. So I clicked the link which took me to the Variety Shop page. I purchased the clock for about $60 plus s&h. I then got a follow-up message on Facebook messenger from the company. It was letting me know that all shipping notifications will be sent through messenger and any questions can be sent through there. Two weeks went by and I still hadn't heard anything from them, so I sent them a message asking how long it takes to ship the product. There was no response. Another week goes by and I send another message asking what the update was and why no one has responded. I still got nothing. 4 weeks later I still have received nothing from them. They have also completely vanished off Facebook all together. Took my money and then just took off.
