The company took $750.00 from an elderly women on a fixed social security income as a deposit to install fences on September 4, 2014.
We have now learned (December 10, 2014) after numerious calls to the company with no answer, they are no longer in business. The company was deceptive in the advertizing as they illegally used the BBB membership when they are not a member.
In our latest research, we have found several customers provided a large deposit and never heard from the company again, just like us. In addition, they company was being reported and having problems some time back.
Instead of doing the right thing and cease from doing bids and collecting deposits, they continued to deceive the public and get as many jobs with large deposits in their hands until the very end.
Crooks! Scumbags! (They cashed the check right away) I hope they can sleep at night knowing they stoled money from an elderly lady on a very tight fixed income.
