I had to have my 2006 Jeep Liberty towed into the Jeep dealership. They diagnosed part of the problem as a bad battery. No problem, it's not covered by the warranty. But then a clock soring is needed to make the drives side air bag deploy in case of accident. They said they would cover it.

But as part of the inspection came around and they discovered that the steering column needed to be replaced. So the dealership calls up and the warranty company says it isn't covered. Yet the policy states steering.

The scam is they are saying that it is an auto maintenance policy  but the truth is it is what is known as a parts specific policy. And they sell these policies o the unsuspecting person at a credit union and the policy is nothing but a total rip off. I paid $2110.00 for a 36 month 36,000 mile waaranty, yet i can't get my vehicle fixed.

I urge anyone who has a problem to follow what I have done and report them to the Federal Trade Commission, because they are doing business over state lines and there criminal actions are a matter of federal jurisdiction. I'm also letting the U.S. Department of Justice know about this company and I'm going to try to get them shutdown. Another step I have taken is making a full report to the Illinois Consumer Fraud Division at Atorney General Lisa Madigan's Office in Chicago. Monday, I will contact the Illinois Secretary of States Office and file a complaint with them.

In summation, the Warranty Group sucks and are nothing more than scammers who should be shut down and face federal indictments for fraud and deceptive practices. And that is my way of dealing with such Scammers.
