Complaint Review: The Web Lender

VERY surprising to me that someone can go on-line to a site such as this, malign a man's business without providing any substantive evidence through statement of facts, and then not even provide their name but hide behind the chicken-dung curtain of "Anonymous".

Mr "Anonymous", I don't see how you can expect ANYONE to take your allegations as having any merit when you can't a) provide substantive evidence such as what occurred and when it occurred, and b) place your name to an allegation of wrongdoing by someone operating a business. 

It just doesn't bolster your allegations by hiding and not providing - - anything !

And the use of proper grammar would also strengthen your allegations, as opposed to simply saying "we was scammed". Unless it is meant to be a representation of one's background & upbringing . . . . . 

This is an interesting web site. Allegedly, anyone who's been scammed can report it for all the world to be forewarned. A good idea, if everyone were good people. I'm pretty sure that's not the case.

I've paid money to become a member of many direct-marketing companies, all with the promise that I would buy something, training, products, a license, and then be allowed to attempt to make money and maybe even a living selling my new foudn knowledge or products. I haven't always done what I was told, or even what I knew to be the right thing. Hence, I lost money, although in all situations I gained a lot of knowledge, most importantly about myself and what I'm willing to do and capable of. However, I took this all as a learning process, and not as me being scammed by any of the companies involved. Most of the people involved were good people, the companies solid. If anything, it was I who let them down, as well as myself.

And if I DID put out a complaint like this, you can bet I'd use my real name, and be specific - none of which exist in this "report."

I've known David, the Web Lender, for almost six years. I'm always amazed at the people who clash with him, and their complaints, and the very public way they go after him. It's happened before, and for very little reason, as there seems to be in this case. Why this "report" writer lacks the confidence of his remarks to put his name to them, I can only imagine. Likely he knows he has very little to stand on, other than the vague remarks about being ripped off. It sounds like he paid a rather small sum, expecting to be rewarded a couple of months later with a big payout - I know the deal, I've considered it, but I don't have the right connections right now to make it pay off. When I do, I'll reassess, but then, I may have a better ability to make such assessments than the writer of this "report." I woudl certainly, as I've said, be more specific as to why I felt ripped off, and what I did to make it right that was/wasn't responded to. Most people would do so, and be sure they had solid information that people can use, rather than maligning a person, his business, and his associates, without anything resembling proof, or even fact.

As you have not given any example as to How you were,so called, scammed , deceived and ripped off i can only assume that like so many other unexperienced businesses you did not achieve YOUR full potential.

Our perspective is that the original report as filed lacks consistency and therefore deserves little or no credit at all.

When someone is ripped off, common sense suggests that a law suit should be filed. Instead, we have an anonymous report, with no clear description about the kind of scam that took place, not to mention the out of line language that was used.

In order to file a credible report, one should identify himself and provide sound details about the nature of the scam. None of these seem to be the case.

On the other hand, we have conducted business with The Web Lender for several months now, and our experience is that David Fisher is a serious professional who writes down all of his commitments and can be trusted for his successful results with many different customers, partners and service providers.

Caveat Emptor is right.

Let the Buyer beware! It seems to me that with any Commission only Sales role you need to know that you are able to deliver, especially if an upfront fee is charged.

My dealings with the Web Lender have only been positive.

If you think he's going to give you $73,500 for nothing, you are seriously mistaken.

The Web Lender is looking for Individuals who can successfully introduce businesses requiring a serious amount of Investment. These deals are lengthy and time-consuming and, more often than not, fall through. So you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find your Prince!

This isn't a part-time job stuffing envelopes!

I notice your "We was  scammed.  We was deceived and  ripped off  by The Web Lender" - Was you??? Or are you not entirely serious in your approach.

$73,500 is a serious amount of money and is never going to be easy to earn. This role needs dedication, hard work and top flight Networking and Sales Expertise.

It is not a job for a Non-Professional

The accusations appear not only exaggerated, but out of line. They also appear fully and completely unsubstantiated. The person and company in question have been personally known to me for years as serious and honest.

NONE of the report as to scam, deception, unethical behaviour is substantiated, but simply polemic and empty rhetoric. There is no description of the supposed "rip-off", no description of the purported scam, no detail as to why the Web Lender should be considered unethical, and so on.....

There is not and could not be a scam. The accuser clearly feels wronged, but by whom and why, is not clear.

One thing I have learned about David is that all details are clear from minute one. There are no hidden stories, nor sudden changes of direction. It is difficult to belive that in this case it was different to the many, many other cases of successful business as all the documentation that I am aware of that e uses are absolutely standard.

It appears to be that the issue as raised is a hoax and designed to malign a hard working and honest individual. With what motivation, is open to question.

You speak nothing BUT LIES.

If ANYONE needs proof that I was scammed, bring it on, I CAN FURNISH THAT PROOF.

David, you are nothing short of a manipulative lying piece of garbage. You STOLE money and your promises are WORTHLESS.

Don't put your TRUST into someone who will NOT DELIVER what he says but will take what is not his.

Do your homework. If there was NEVER anyone who was SCAMMED before, there is someone who has now been SCAMMED AND RIPPED OFF by the "man" who calls himself The Web Lender.
