Complaint Review: The WebSpidy

After hiring this company thewebspidy.com which can be found on elance, getacoder and many other freelance sites, we began to have major issues! They first started by acting very professional and Arunava who finds the projects for the company insisted they could complete the project on all terms.

So, we went forward and they began the work. The first milestone being all designing, HTML/CSS of all pages for our project began with only half completed and uploaded. This was after we paid the milestone they insisted we pay! We waited, and waited... No answers. Then Arunava Chowdhury who manages all projects with this company began stating issues within the company. 

We did not get anything else completed nor uploaded. They kept saying.. "today, yes sir. We will have it all uploaded." but, that was not the case. I waited and kept asking what is happening to our project? They kept changing there timeframes then insisted they didnt know it would be this difficult. 

This company http://www.thewebspidy.com does not have the professional and intelligent coders they clame to have. They will tell you yes ! to everything and only to get you to pay the deposit to start and firs milestone.

What makes me so mad is how they run things! They first begin by ignoring you! First part, they lie about working on your project and when you ask to see work they lie about "power outages". They put this big front up about how great they are and then they turn around and leave you hanging with no work or half completed, you lose your money and time with this company.

So, after not getting any more replies back from Arunava Chowdhury arunava@thewebspidy.com I then contacted all the emails from the company http://www.thewebspidy.com has on there site. No Answers at all!!!!! 

After some days Avishek Tarafdar abhi@thewebspidy.com contacted us which was the owner of this company and started to attack us! Can you imagine this? This guy began to say that my emails of contact about our missing files were Fraud against him and he would contact legal notice against us! BeWare!!! This guy Avishek Tarafdar abhi@thewebspidy.com is not a true business man and will only attack, ignore and run from you!

I am here today to report this company and all those who work for them as they do not A. Resolve the uncompleted work and B. ignore you at all costs and leave you with nothing accomplished other then an empty wallet and half finished milestone.

The Webspidy is a major Fraud! www.thewebspidy.com will cheat, lie and leave you out to dry! Please beware of them. They are fast at talking you into hiring them. Fast to say yes to all projects and terms. Then the boss steps in and leaves you with nothing! Beware! There own employees talk bad about there team after they tell you they are not capable of finishing!! Fraudulent Company http://www.thewebspidy.com 

Now, I have no project and they have ran off with my money.
