Complaint Review: The webstaurant Store

 I purchased food service items from the company and one is a plastic container with a separate lid that does not fit the company told me they had to check with the manufacturer an stated the manufacturer said it's the correct lid and is not an issue. Also I purchased sandwich wrap that was advertised could be sealed with a hot plate sealing machine which is the what I needed they told me the manufacturer said my hot plate is not hot enough I should use tape,no return or exchange the company said the there is nothing wrong with the products.
