This company does not know how to treat their customers. I used them once and that was the last time I would ever use them. Their nothing but thiefs. Quote one price and when they come out its alot more. I can see if I had extra's to clean that wasn't mentioned in our conversation when scheduling the appt but they cleaned exactly what I had mentioned to Jeannie on phone. This company has the worst customer service!! Don't let them fool you. They also have 4 different numbers from Ft. Lauderdale, Delray, Boynton Beach & Jupiter. I mean sorry to say but Barbara and Anthony Villar (Owners) do not know how to train their employees. Their daughter Jeannie if so disrespectful and so are they!!!!! Don't ever use NATIONAL CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING. WORST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!

Our company has been in business for 17 years. When you're in a service industry this long you're going to have some clients that are not satisfied and take it personally and set out to try and damage that company. We stick to our quoted price when everything is fully disclosed over the phone. If we get to a site and there are additional issues then obviously the price changes. This is true with any company.

Our employees are well trained and courteous and that's where we get most of our compliments. We've been in business long enough to know that giving good customer service is the key to our satisfied repeat clients and referrals. Being "disrespectful" when speaking to potential clients as this person alleges would not benefit our business. And I'm sure if this client received such poor customer service that she would not have booked an appointment in the first place. We have thousands of satisfied customers, our prices are fair and we aim to please.
