I am writing this report to make everyone out there aware of this company and those that I dealt with.  They scammed me out of $750.00.  This is how it all began.

I got a phone call from a Sandra Clary, she gave me my name and address and other information which only I would know or the  company that had scammed me a few years ago.  She told me that they had investigated this company which was a website that I tried to start a business online with (which never materialized and I had lost a lot of money with them). She knew all of this, and told me that she could get back the money that I spent with them and then some.  I believed her (she was very convincing).

I asked how she could do this and she said that they would make a settlement with the company and that it would be done by proxy being that I do not live in Arizona and that is where both companies are located, and that once the paperwork was submitted it would not take long for the settlement. Then she processed to tell me that there is a 10 percent retainer fee ( that was so they could get started on the paperwork and also to know that I retained them for this purpose).

She told me that she was a para-legal with this legal services that they provide through "The Williams Group" .  They do legal services and recovery of monies that are due to the people that lost money with these different companies taking peoples money on pretents that they will have a website and a online business.

I told her that I could not afford 10 percent of anything and I then explained my situation with me and my husband both being retired and on a fixed income.  She said that she could do this under the "Hardship Clause", again I believed her.  She asked of I could send her $500.00 after talking with my husband the answer was ok we can do that, because she told me that I could get back at least $22,500.00 of my money, and then a couple of days later Sandra called and asked if I could do another $250.00 to get everything going and I did.  Which at that time seemed pretty good.  Well to make a long story short.  They had me do a MoneyPak which I did and they got their money. (which at that time I did not know what a MoneyPak was) now I do.

Now, they do not answer their phone calls (message box is full) or their emails, that I have sent them.  Bottom line is if someone calls you with a lot of information to give you about some dealings that you may have or had.  Hang up and run.  This is a diferent kind of scam, and I am sure that they are closing this one and will be starting up a new one soon. (This is how their number appears on your phones caller ID) "Williams Mi-Cha".   The persons working at  this are:  Sandra Clary and Jeff Green.

This is a different kind of scam and these people are very convincing.

Also, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau in Phoenix, Arizona

Signed: Beware
