In 2011, Bobby Saadian removed himself from a case against Target Stores where he was representing the plaintiff. Target, the defendant, had received information about another case Saadian had handled the prior year where the doctors were turned in to the CA State Medical Board. Andrew L Wright and Candice McGurk, also figures at The Wilshire Law Firm, had removed themselves from the same case against Target stores the prior year.

Why? They were also involved in the same case where doctors were turned in to the State Medical Board.  What did Saadian, McGurk, and Wright do in that particular case? After accepting a new client who received inappropriate treatments from Dr David Shawa at Sharp Treatment of South Bay after an auto accident,  the trio then sent her to the Beverly Hills office of Dr Fardad Mobin.  Dr Mobin, at the time, was also on the staff of Sharp Treatment as well. This tainted the patient's case.
