Complaint Review: The Yogi Store

I ordered 3 pairs of leggings from this company from a special sale ad they had on Instagram.

Sale#4929   Placed January 29, 2017   $61.18

They were so cute and I was so excited to receive them. Their system accidently recorded the wrong color in my confirmation email so I emailed them to correct the color and Ron Kary responded right away:

Hi Tara,
No worries! We will switch your order to Blue Ribbed Leggings right away!
If there's anything else, do write to us and we'd be more than happy to help.

About a month went by and I hadn't received anything and never received a shipping notification so I emailed again February 11th and Ron Kary responded on February 13th:

Hi Tara,

Sorry to keep you waiting but our standard shipping period is 4-8 weeks, within which you shall receive your complete order.

If there's anything else we could help you with, do write to us and we’d be more than happy to help.

So another month went by and I emailed again to check on the order, this was March 11th and I never heard a word back. So I emailed again March 26th and still no word. I just emailed them again on April 7th and told them if I didn't hear back from them with a couple of days that I was going to write a RipOff Report and tell all their followers on Facebook and Instgram that they are a fraud. So Here I am writing this report because they took my money and I still have not received ANY merchandise and it has been approx. 3.5 months since I placed my order.

My next step tomorrow is to contest the charge, which it might be too late now but I'm going to try.

I'm very sad because I really did like their leggings. I was all set to order more if I would have received my original order.
