Yes, my name is Rene Dean and I purchased the so called program from the Zaken Corp. I actually went into the office in Canoga Park and paid my $148.00 fee.

I have located a few deals from companies who wanted to get rid of some things, turned in the paperwork, and waited. I have called in numerous times to see if they found a buyer for the merchandise that I have found. But they still haven't found a buyer. It is now March 12th and they still haven't found a buyer.

So today, I decided to call to see what will happen if I sent in the contract that said a double-money back guarantee and they told me that since I had already missed the 7-day money-back guaruntee, that I had to wait up to two years or after they're company found a buyer for my merchandise, in order to get my money back.

However, I was promised in writing to recieve double my money back and that I had up to two years to collect in the event I was not satisfied with their program. I haven't made any money in four months and their program has cost more than it's worth, in my opinion. I would like to know what I need to do to have my guaruntee fulfilled. I WAS TOLD I COULD CALL AT ANY TIME. WHEN I FINALLY CALLED I WAS TOLD EVERY ONE WAS BUSY AND SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME IN 45 MIN.S. I WAITED TWO HOURS. I CALLED BACK AND THE WOMEN I SPOKE TO WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAS VERY UPSET. INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO ME, SHE TALKED RIGHT OVER ME. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! WHENEVER I TALKED, SHE TALKED AT THE SAME TIME. WHEN I TRIED TO CORRECT HER, SHE SAID SHE HAD A RIGHT TO VOICE HER OPINION! SHE WAS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! THAT'S WHEN I STARTED TO GET SUSPICIOUS. I CHECKED THE COMPUTER AND DISCOVERD ALL THE RIPP OFF REPORTS.
